These Terms & Conditions apply to all parties booked with Enchanted Runway, operated by [PLEASE CONFIRM: legal business name, e.g. "FAVARELI LLC"]. By paying a deposit you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and deposit

Your date and time are reserved once the deposit is paid online. Until then, the slot is not guaranteed.
The deposit is deducted from your party total.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the party, before the party begins. [PLEASE CONFIRM: accepted payment methods for the balance.]
Bespoke parties are priced from the starting price shown on the website. The final price is agreed in writing after we plan the concept together.

2. Guests

Each package includes the number of guests shown on the website (including the birthday girl). Additional guests are charged at the price shown when booking.
Please confirm your final number of guests at least 3 days before the party. Guests added on the day are charged at the same rate, subject to space and materials.

4. The party space

Enchanted Runway comes to you. You are responsible for providing a safe, clean indoor space with enough room for the runway and workshop, access to an electrical outlet, and any permissions needed for the venue.
We arrive before the start time to set up and need time after the party to pack up. [PLEASE CONFIRM: setup/pack-up time and required space.]
If the space is unsafe or not available at the booked time, we may shorten or cancel the party; in that case the deposit is not refundable.

5. Supervision and safety

Our team leads the activities, but a parent or guardian of the birthday girl must remain on site for the whole party and is responsible for the guests.
Please tell us in advance about any allergies (including to cosmetics, glitter, fabrics or craft materials), medical conditions or special needs.
Children must follow the instructions of our team. We may stop an activity if we believe it is unsafe.

6. Costumes, accessories and materials

Items from our fashion collection are on loan for the party and must be returned at the end. Loss or damage beyond normal wear may be charged at replacement cost.
Accessories made during the workshop are the guests' to keep.

7. Photos and videos

Photos and videos taken during the party are used to create the birthday girl's personalised magazine cover and, where included, a short music video, which we share with you. We will not publish images of any child without the written consent of the parent or guardian. Please let us know in advance if any guest must not be photographed.

8. Delays and circumstances beyond our control

If we are unable to attend because of illness, severe weather, emergencies or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a new date or a full refund of the deposit. Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the party.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or damage caused by the venue, other guests or failure to follow our team's instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [PLEASE CONFIRM with your insurer/lawyer.]

10. Governing law
