Booking details: the package and options you choose, the number of guests, your name, email address, phone number, the party address, the birthday girl's first name and age, and any notes you add (for example allergies or theme ideas).
Date and time: the slot you pick in our scheduling tool (Calendly).
Payment: deposits are processed by Stripe on its secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of the payment and its amount.
Messages: what you send through our contact form or by email, phone or text.
Technical data: like most websites, our server records basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We use it to prevent spam and abuse and do not use it to identify you.

Children's information

Our parties are for girls aged 7-16, but our website is intended for parents and guardians. We only collect the birthday girl's first name and age, provided by her parent or guardian, so we can personalise the party. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Photos and videos

During the party we take photos and short videos to create the birthday girl's personalised magazine cover and, where included, her music video. We share these with the parent or guardian who booked the party. We will not publish photos or videos of any child on our website or social media without the written consent of the parent or guardian.

How we use your information

to schedule, confirm and deliver your party;
to take your deposit and send booking confirmations and reminders;
to answer your questions and requests;
to keep our website secure and prevent fraud and spam;
to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

Stripe - payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy);

Cookies and similar technologies

How long we keep information
